Sacrificed, the 5-piece from Minas Gerais – Brazil, announced their second international contract for the release of The Path of Reflections. Besides being digitally released in Italy by Heart of Steel, the album will also be released by Spiritual Beast, the record label responsible for Japanese releases of bands like Ministry, Suicidal Angels, Onslaught, Skull Fist and Eminence.
When commenting about the Japanese release of the band’s second album, guitarist Diego Oliveira is highly excited: “We know how big of a market our style has in Japan and we are extremely excited with this opportunity!” Word around the campfire is that there might even be a European Release Tour soon.
The Path of Reflections was produced by Renato Kojima (Rosa Ignea) and André Márcio (Eminence) and released in 2011. The album was highly regarded by music critics, which consequently resulted in nominations all over the country and even some awards (including Mondo Metal’s 2011 Best Newcomer). 2012 saw the band’s first video release: Call of Insanity
